Everest Base Camp / Kalapatthar Trek 5550 mtr.

Our 14-day trek offers trekkers the best this area has to offer without taking too long. This trek is truly an incredible experience of this magnificient region and its fascinating people. From Lukla (2,805 m / 9,200 ft) we trek to Namche Bazaar (3,436 m/ 11,270 ft) for a day of acclimatization and optional hikes. From Namche we explore the Sherpa villages of Khunde and Khumjung before heading for Thyangboche Monastery. After visiting Chukung Ri we trek to Locuche (4,940 m/ 16,200 ft) for a day hike to Kala Pathar Everest view point (5,5550m/18,200 ft) for a close encounter with Everest. Surrounded by some of the highest mountains on the earth you will bask in this incredible mountain scenery before swinging back by way of, little visited, Phortse village to fly out of Lukla. Moderate to strenous trekking from 2,805 m (9,200 ft) to 4,940 m (16,200 ft) with optional day hikes up to 5550 m (18, 200 ft) . Accommodation in comfortable lodges run by Sherpa families. The trek starts with a flight from Kathmandu and includes all meals, services of experienced Sherpa trek guide and porters to carry luggage. Clients carry day-pack only and walk at thier own pace.

Itinerary In Detail

• Days 1 Arrival at Kathmandu Airport transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel. B.B.
• Days 2 Full day sightseeing tour of Nepal UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE such as Kathmandu durbar square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Patan durbar square, Bhaktapur Durbar square & Changunarayan .
• Days 3 Flight to Lukla 2804 m. trek to Phakding 2610 m. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 4 Trek to Namche Bazaar 3535 m. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 5 Acclimatization day. Explore around Namche Overnight at Guest Houae. B.L.D.
• Days 6 Trek to Tengboche 3850 m. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 7 Trek to Dingboche 4350 mtr. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 8 Trek to Lobuche 4950 mtrs. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 10 Trek to Gorekshep 5160 m. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 11 Early morning starts hike up to Kalapathar 5545 m. an excellent viewpoint to observe the Mount. Everest & innumerable spectacular mountains views. Then day hike to to Everest base camp & back to Ghorekshep. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 12 Trek down to Pheriche (4240 mtrs). Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 13 Trek to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 14 Trek to Lukla. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
• Days 15 Flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.l
