A: Throngla Pass Trek (Round Annapurna) 5416 mtr.

Starting with a drive to Besishar we ascend along the Marshyangdi river valley. We pass beneath snow-capped Annapurna II, III, IV and a range of 6,000 m peaks stretching north to Tibet. Crossing Thorong La pass (5418 m) to flight to Pokhara. Moderate to strenous trekking between 2,000 m and 4,400 m with one pass crossing of 5,416 m. Accommodation in comfortable lodges. The trek starts from Kathmandu and includes all meals, road-head transport, services of experienced local guide and porters to carry luggage. Clients carry day-pack only and walk at their own pace.

B: Annapurna Base Camp Trek (Annapurna Sanctuary Trek) 4130 mtr

The Annapurna Himal is a vast massif with several peaks above 7000 m. Part of the range forms a natural amphitheatre known as the Annapurna Sanctuary, ringed by such giants as Annapurna I, Glacier Dome, Gangapurna, Fang and Machhapuchhare. We trek through forested hillsides to Ghorepani where we ascend Poon Hill for a magnificent panoramic sunrise of the Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri. Entering a narrow valley we pass directly below Machhapuchhare before reaching the Sanctuary, a veritable home of the Gods. We have a day to explore this magnificent place before returning to Pokhara via a different route. This is a fairly strenous alpine trek offering close-up mountain views equal to any in the Himalaya. Moderate to difficult trekking from 900 m to 3,700 m. Accommodation in comfortable lodges run by local families. The trek starts in Pokhara, clients carry day-pack only and walk at their own pace.

C: Rhododendron Excursion Trek (Ghorepani poon Hill Trek) 3132 mtr.

This 5 to 6 days of trip in the Annapurna Foot hills to the view point on Poon Hill offers all the best of trekking in Nepal including accommodation in comfortable family run trekkerss' lodges along the way. D: Kaligandaki Valley Trek (Jomsom Trek) 3900 mtr.

The ancient trade route to Mustang and Tibet, up the Kali Gandaki river, presents one of the most developed trekking trails offering comfortable lodges run by Gurung and Thakali families. Starting from Pokhara we ascend the Annapurna foothills through picturesque Gurung villages and continue through lichen-draped rhododendron forest to climb Poon hill at dawn for spectacular views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. Later we will trek up the deepest valley in the world situated between two Himalayan giants, Dhaulagiri I (8,167 m) and Annapurna I (8,091 m). As we trek up the Kali Gandaki valley we pass through the traditional and prosperous villages of Tukuche, Ghasa, marpha and Jomsom. The Thakalis, a traditional traders, have converted their charming and wonderfully clean homes into trekkers' lodges and are well known as one of the most gracious and successful inn-keepers in Nepal. Past Jomsom we reach the Lapass, we have a day to explore the temple and villages and enjoy wonderful mountain views before taking the flight bak from Jomsom.
